Nermin Hanım Edremit Erken Hasat
The most-awarded bottling of Nermin Hanım Zeytinliği, from century-old Edremit trees in the Kaz Dağları villages above the gulf. Picked green in September–October and milled within a few hours at the estate’s own mill. The producer labels it “balanced and fruity”: a clear fruit character, balanced bitterness and balanced pungency. The producer publishes a polyphenol figure and links its lab reports from the product page; the laboratory is not named.
