Agraria Riva del Garda

A co-operative of small growers at Riva, at the northern tip of Lake Garda, where the lake’s stored warmth lets olives ripen at the 46th parallel — the northern limit of commercial olive growing in Europe. Casaliva is the variety; cold extraction on a two-phase continuous line; most fruit is hand-picked early.
