The estate

Groves at Bettona, Collemancio and Giano dell’Umbria, planted to Moraiolo, San Felice, Frantoio and Leccino. Harvest runs October to November and olives are milled within four hours of picking.

The mill is a two-phase MORI-TEM plant run under closely controlled cold extraction. Oil is stored in stainless steel under nitrogen, shielded from light and temperature-controlled. The site runs on photovoltaic power, burns olive pits as fuel and sends its by-products to biogas.
