Fattoria di Volmiano
A Gondi family estate of about 550 hectares on Monte Morello, the hill wall north of Florence, with 70 hectares and more than 20,000 olive trees between 250 and 1,000 m — unusually high for Tuscany. Half Frantoio, 30% Moraiolo, 20% Leccino plus Pendolino, farmed organically and pressed at a traditional millstone mill. A member of the Laudemio consortium.
