A mid-sized mill in the hills south-east of Bari, founded on 15 January 1964, pressing about 300,000 litres a year and exporting more than 40% of it. No DOP or IGP; the range is built on monocultivars — Peranzana, Olivastro, Picholine — of which the library carries the Peranzana.
