O-Med
Two hundred hectares at Ácula, south-west of Granada, with a mill built inside the grove itself — glass and polycarbonate, solar-powered, burning its own olive stones for heat. Its Picual placed joint-fifth in the World’s Best Olive Oils 2025/26.

The estate
Picual and Arbequina, both bottled as monovarietals. The harvest is compressed into three or four days at the end of October, with green fruit going to the mill within about three hours of picking and extraction kept cold.
The estate irrigates by subsurface drip on solar power, reuses its process water, runs experimental plots with the IFAPA research centre and the University of Córdoba, and takes part in the Olivares Vivos biodiversity programme. Its award record is one of the longest in Spain, going back to 2010.
