Olio Intini
An organic mill in Alberobello, in the Itria valley south-east of Bari, whose rule is harvest and milling within the day. The library holds its Coratina monocultivar; the mill also presses a Fruttato blend of Olivastra, Picholine and Coratina sold in tins. Founded year and estate size are not published.
