Olivarera Ntra. Sra. de Guadalupe
A farmers’ cooperative at Baena in south-eastern Córdoba, bottling under the Virrey del Pino name inside the DOP Baena zone. Its flagship placed twelfth in the World’s Best Olive Oils 2025/26 and won the 2026 Expoliva quality prize for intense green fruity.

The estate
The mill runs four crushing lines, each with two hammer mills feeding malaxers, a decanter and vertical centrifuges, with 24 hoppers on the intake and olives processed within 24 hours of delivery. Oil is held in on-site bodegas before bottling.
The cooperative works inside DOP Baena, which covers eight towns and is built on Picuda alongside Lechín, Hojiblanca and Picual. It also bottles an organic line, Virrey Ecológico, and a separate early-harvest oil. Neither its founding year nor its membership is published.
