The estate
The oils are Picual under DOP Sierra Mágina. The plant has six automatic weighing lines, five continuous milling lines and 52 stainless-steel tanks holding four million kilos of oil, plus a bottling line added in 2001.
The cooperative moved to the A-324 road site in 1969–70 and expanded to six presses, adopted two-phase continuous extraction in the 1990s and opened its current facilities on 1 October 2005. It also runs a diesel station and an agricultural supply outlet for members.
