Cretan Heritage Krissa Bio
Krissa from the certified-organic part of the grove, sold under its own label with its own medal list. Same variety, same October picking and same-day milling; the published chemistry for the 2025 lot is noticeably higher in polyphenols than the conventional Krissa — 624 against 419 mg/kg — both figures from the same retailer’s HPLC listing, so treat the gap as a lot-to-lot fact rather than a rule. The tasting notes the retailer gives are the same as Krissa’s: leaf, herbs, almond, eucalyptus, medium bitterness and spice. The organic certifier is not named by the producer.

Where it's from
The producer’s posts do not always say which bottling — Krissa or Krissa Bio — was entered in a given year; the medals here are the ones named for the Bio.
