The same Coratina as the IGP bottling without the designation, at a price that lets it be used in the pan as well as on the plate. Artichoke, fresh almond and freshly cut grass, firm bitterness and a long peppery finish; the producer states 500+ mg/kg polyphenols and positions it as the house’s most heat-stable oil. Monogram Intenso took a NYIOOC Gold, per the producer’s own news page.
