Olio Guglielmi
A family oil mill in Andria, on the plain below Castel del Monte where Coratina was born, trading since 1954 and bottling under the Monogram label. The range runs from an IGP Puglia monocultivar and an organic Ogliarola to Fior d’O, the unfiltered first pressing of October. Every polyphenol figure on these pages is the producer’s own.

Hectares and tree count are not published. The producer describes its mill as built on research and technological innovation, and bottles under several labels — Monogram, Le Monocultivar, Arso, Fior d’O, Leaf, Tales — of which the library carries the four our partner stocks. Oils are cold-pressed within hours of picking.
Awards are claimed on the producer’s own pages — a NYIOOC Gold for Monogram Intenso, Bibenda 5 Gocce 2025 and a Gambero Rosso listing for the IGP — and have not been checked on the competitions’ sides.
