The top of the Le Ferre range and the best-documented oil in our partner’s shop. Coratina for power, Frantoio chosen each harvest to round it: intense, broad aromas of olive leaf, green tomato and artichoke heart with a hint of ripe nut, a soft full body, and a long warm pungency from an exceptional oleocanthal content. The polyphenol figure is measured by the IOC’s HPLC method at Chemiservice, an ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory in Monopoli, and the report is linked from the product page — which is the standard every number on this site would like to meet.
