Leccio del Corno
The late harvest of the house: a monocultivar of Leccio del Corno, a Tuscan-origin variety, picked at the end of November when it is at its most aromatic. From a forty-year-old grove on clay and limestone at 278 m, cold-extracted and decanted naturally under inert gas. Golden with green reflections; lightly fruity and markedly floral — yellow and red flowers, chamomile, wisteria, ripe almond and aromatic herbs, with apricot, ripe apple and a hint of ripe tomato at the close. Delicate and harmonious, with soft bitterness and pungency.
