Marina Palusci L’Extravergine
Dritta · Leccino
The classic blend of the house: 60% Dritta for structure and strength, 40% Leccino for harmony and aromatic finesse, from groves between 20 and 450 years old on clay soil at about 282 m. After cold pressing the oil rests in tanks under inert gas at controlled temperature. Golden yellow with green reflections; artichoke, fresh green herbs, apple and a clean almond note with floral undertones. Medium-intense, with well-built bitterness and a clearly peppery finish.

Where it's from
The all-purpose oil of a Pescara estate whose other bottlings are single-variety. Leccino is the blending partner here, as it is in most of central Italy.
