The olio nuovo of the house: unfiltered, colfondo, and bottled straight after the harvest with no decanting. 60% Dritta and 40% Leccino, picked from late September to mid-October from groves of 120 to 350 years on clay at about 280 m, and cold-extracted at once. Cloudy emerald green with the sediment that colfondo implies; green almond, artichoke and aromatic herbs on the nose, finishing on green olive fruit. Medium-intense and, for an oil this young, harmonious. Available only while the new harvest lasts; the producer advises finishing it within a few months.
