Marchesi Frescobaldi
A Florentine family estate better known for wine, whose olive oil became the public face of Laudemio — the consortium of Tuscan estates founded in the mid-1980s around early picking, cold extraction and panel tasting. The square bottle is shared; the oil is Frescobaldi’s own, from the Chianti Rufina hills east of Florence.
