Marfuga
Terraced groves and a mill above the springs of the Clitunno, between Spoleto and Foligno, in the Gradassi family since 1817. The mill runs on 100% renewable energy. Sassente, the Frantoio monocultivar, is in the library; the DOP Umbria Classico and a Moraiolo complete the range.
