Sakellaropoulos Organic Farms
The Sakellaropoulos family has farmed organically at Skoura, near Sparta, since 1992, with Bio-Hellas certification from the start, and by its own count has collected over 1,300 competition awards — mostly at London, Olympia and the EVOO World Ranking rather than New York. Fyllikon is its earliest oil, Koroneiki picked very green from mid-September and extracted at 16–18 °C within hours; it has been used in Harvard and Yale diet research. The producer states its oils exceed 2,000 mg/kg polyphenols but publishes no dated per-oil certificate; tree count and hectares are not disclosed.

The estate
A single estate between the Taygetos and Parnon ranges; whether milling is on the estate is not explicitly stated. WOCH lists Fyllikon at “1,000+ mg/kg”; one retailer prints an NMR total of 1,825 mg/kg without a lot year. Neither is the producer’s own published analysis, so the oil page gives the claim, not a meter.
Results as the producer lists them: London IOOC Platinum 2026, fifteen London awards in 2025, EVOO World Ranking company #1 for gourmet oils and “EVOO of the Year 2025” for Fyllikon, Olympia Health & Nutrition high-phenolic awards. Not in Athena’s 2025 or 2026 lists; no NYIOOC result found on its site.
