Casa del Agua Picual
Made for our retail partner by Oro Bailén from the same Picual groves and the same mill as the flagship. The difference is the picking date: a little later, which gives a softer oil at a far more accessible price. Medium-fruity with the Picual signature of green olive and fresh herbs, a mild bitterness and a light pepper. Sold in 500 ml and in a 5-litre tin; the producer states each harvest is tested by an independent laboratory.
