The same Manaki as the regular Corinto, grown organically and picked earlier in the season, which is what moves it from delicate to medium: more green fruit, more pepper, a shade more bitterness. Athena placed it Bronze in 2025 as “Corinto Organic”, 100% Manaki, in the competition’s published results. The only chemistry in circulation — 448 mg/kg polyphenols and 0.38% free acidity — is from a laboratory report held by our partner shop rather than a public page, and is labelled as such. Sold in 500 ml and a five-litre tin for daily use.
