Corinto Extra Virgin
The base oil of the range and an introduction to Manaki, the Peloponnesian variety that gives softer, less bitter oil than Koroneiki and is almost unknown outside Greece. Harvested mid-October to early December at Lechaio and cold-extracted at the company’s own mill; the producer describes a full taste, low acidity and a smooth finish with a touch of spice, and names cut grass, tomato, banana peel, hillside herbs and almond. Athena registered its 2025 entry as Manaki 85% / Koroneiki 15% where the producer says 100% Manaki; we print the producer’s statement and note the difference. Free acidity of 0.32% is from a laboratory report our partner shop holds.

Where it's from
Manaki is the olive of the north-east Peloponnese — Argolida and Corinthia — small-fruited and aromatic, pressed into a mild oil the region keeps for itself.
