The house oil of a 1983 family mill on the Messara plain, Koroneiki under PDO Messara, malaxed at no more than 27 °C for no more than forty minutes in an FSSC 22000 plant. The producer describes a vibrant golden-green colour, a delicate fruity aroma and a balanced, peppery flavour — a soft, everyday style rather than a bitter early harvest, which is why it sits at the delicate end here. An organic twin, PDO Messara Bio, placed higher in the 2025 EVOO World Ranking (#55 against #60 among Greek oils). The “100+ international awards” the company claims are not itemised by year.
