Terra Creta’s selection oil, chosen from Koroneiki milled in the company’s own facility within twelve hours of picking. Green almond, flowers and citrus on the nose, green pepper, artichoke and herbs on the palate, by the producer. The IOC’s Mario Solinas jury put it first in the mild green fruitiness class in 2021; NYIOOC gave it Gold in 2026 as a medium-intensity monovarietal, and the EVOO World Ranking has had it as the top Greek oil for several years. Polyphenols and acidity are not published beyond “extremely low acidity”.
