The intense fruity of the Muraglia family’s Essenza line — the bottle, not the famous ceramic jar. 100% Coratina, cold-extracted and filtered, intensely green, with what the producer describes as dill, fennel, artichoke, pepper and hay on the nose and a peppery finish. One of the few Pugliese producers in this survey to print a polyphenol figure.
